Crémant de Bourgogne

The « Crémant de Bourgogne » appellation is limited to sparkling wines produced from still base wines and according to a traditional technique.

The « Blanc de Blanc Crémant de Bourgogne » comes solely from the Chardonnay vintage which makes it delicate and smooth. It also has a bouquet of white flowers and toasted bread. Thanks to its white golden colour ans its subtle bubbles, this prestigious vintage could be described as a delicate pearl necklace.

 

Tips from a Wine Waiter

It will go extremely well as an aperitif and can also be served on its own or with “crème de cassis” (blackcurrant) (Kir Royal).

It goes well with scallops, fresh water fish and will be ideal to be served with desserts.

To be served between 4°C and 8°C as an aperitif and with dessert
To be served between 6°C and 9°C when served during the whole meal.
