By constantly improving the quality of his wines and by keeping in mind the importance of “terroir” (the patch of native soil from which a given product springs), Mr Denis Dutron knows exactly how to combine his traditional skills with modern techniques such as : pneumatic wine press, air-conditioned cellars and storage areas, stainless steel vats equipped with a thermoregulation system. In order to provide its “Vieilles Vignes” vintage with intense aromas, Mr Dutron also uses oak barrels.
Once
both the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are done, our wine is
bottled on our premises with our own bottling system.
On average, our vines are 35 years old except for the “Vielles Vignes” vintage which comes from 45 to 70 years old vines.
Bottles are stored in an air-conditioned area. This contributes to the perfect maturation time before being dispatched.
